Hot galvanization is an industrial process of protection of steel against corrosion.
This process consists in soaking parts manufactured in zinc while in fusion after successive passages of the parts in solutions of degreasing, scouring and fluxing. |

The zinc coating applied makes it possible to cover the parts on the outside as well as on the interior of the hollow bodies. This mode of application of zinc allows for, not only a durable protection, but also an extremely powerful protection, for varied uses, thanks to a sacrificial protection brought by zinc to steel and thus places hot galvanization as among the most economic surface treatment processes.
The performances in the quality control and the respect to deadlines, are inescapable results that place MBG Galvanization, as leader in the Tunisian market, and among the first in the world.
