Hot galvanization is an industrial process for protection of steel against corrosion.
Such process consists in soaking the manufactured parts in melted Zinc after successive passages into degreasing solutions, pickling and streaming.

The Zinc coating applied allows to cover the parts from the outer side, as well as from the inner side of hollow bodies
Such application mode of Zinc allows a sustainable protection, to obtain an extremely performing protection in the various media of use. The protection brought by Zinc to Steel places the hot galvanization process among the most cost-effective processes of surface treatment.
The performance levels of quality control places MBG Galvanization as a leader on the Tunisian market and among the best in the world.
